Had 9 windows and a sliding patio door fitted last week by Superior Home Improvements and we are very delighted with the products, fitting and over all experience, from the Girls in the showroom reception opening the showroom and pointing us in the right direction to what we were looking for and the initial consultation with Paul, his home visit to size up and discuss options to his follow up message asking if all was good with the installation, Jason for the telephone call to arrange a fitting date to our convenience, calling the day prior to installation to confirm all was good to go and his home visit after all was complete to tie up some loose ends and ask if there were any issues needing addressed and especially to Graham and Jamie, a delightful father and son duo doing the hard bit of installing the products, they were very professional and informative throughout the work, provided a very clean and precise finish to the job and cleaned up afterwards, overall a delight to have met them and having some good banter with them also. Overall we are very happy with the finished product instantly noticing a difference with outside noise reduction and warmer environment in the home, a first class and friendly service being highly recommended, thank you to all involved.
